Leadership in Engineering

The Leadership in Engineering Advancement Program (LEAP) targets professionals with an engineering background who aspire to develop leadership skills at different levels in engineering firms/operations. This program aims to help one develop leadership skills, grow their career, and make an impact within their space. The program consists of formal training and structured mentorship across all levels.
